I would like to add my support for the City Commission to approve the Economic Development Incentive Agreement for the Gulfstream Hotel, that come before it tonight.

The residents and stakeholders of the City of Lake Worth Beach have overwhelmingly voiced their support for the Gulfstream Hotel to reopen, and the comparatively small incentive package compared to the large economic impact to the City, that the Gulfstream Hotel will bring.

The analysis is crystal clear of the tremendous positive impact to the City. It is time to move this forward.
